At first glance, this postcard appears to be a missing link between earlier postcards of the Krebs and the much more familiar four-view Krebs postcards. What makes this one unique is that two of the views are of other places in Skaneateles: the backyard of the first house on West Lake Street and a view from Clift Park. It’s an AZO real photo postcard, but on the back it includes “Knight’s Boostickers & Post Cards, Seneca Falls, N.Y.” I can find no reference to Knight’s in Seneca Falls, and I thought “boostickers” was a fairly modern word. If anyone can shed light on this, I’d be delighted.
